Outdoor lighting non functioning 4 months and counting.



Major leaks during rain 4 months and counting.



Maintenance staff were not only discovered pretending to fix outdoor lights but actually creating electrical code violations and fire hazards.



Manager frequently lies about when/what maintenance is being done.



Maintenance staff is unprofessional.



These are not isolated incidents. All neighbors that I spoke to have similar problems. I met the previous renter for my unit and he had all the same problems meaning that they were known before we moved in.



These slobs need to go out of business.
