TERRIBLE Customer Service. We went to 2 stores looking for a Training Collar. One Store called Eric at this store advising of what we needed, I got to this store to purchase and Eric assured me what he was selling me would help with jumping (even though box said bark collar). Sure enough, get home and no remote. Tried to take back to exchange and the manager advised it was my fault for purchasing incorrect item and they won't take it back. Shame on you for blaming your customers and not owning up to your employee errors. We will never shop at Concord Pet again.

I buy my pet supplies here and love the store since they do not sell animals but DO NOT BUY FRONTLINE there, they are price gouging. They charge double what most vets and other retailers charge.
