About Maids

This service is the worst we have ever had. They broke a piece of our art. They did not follow their '31 Steps'. They never cleaned like they were supposed to-always had to stay after them to provide just basic service. They mopped the floors with dirty mops and the house always smelled bad when we came home. They used our vaccuum cleaner and clogged it and almost ruined it. They threw our dirty bed linen on the furniture when they made the bed. They always made the bed incorrectly and we had to make it over ourselves. They never cleaned the bathrooms correctly and hurried everytime they cleaned the house. The owner could not care less whether the house was done correctly and had to send his crew back to our house at least twice. The scheduling person always called on the wrong date to remind us that the crew was coming the next day; when the owner was called, he always said the same thing-it is hard to get good help.



Unless you want massive frustration, avoid this service at all costs. They do a terrible job and the owner does not seem to have a pulse.
