Beware of this companay!! Not recommended to anyone:( When you have problems, no one will call you back, they close your service tickets as resolved when in fact they have not even returned your phone calls. Get transferred to all areas of the country including India & everyone likes to pass the buck. They lock you into long 3 yr contracts so you are stuck paying for something that does not work. Units do not work in cold temperatures. We are still paying for a gps unit that has not worked in over a year now. Very Poor customer service!!! :(
