We just came to the US a few days ago and this is the first apartment we've rented in the US. Thanks to updater for making our new life here not so hard. We arranged most of the things we needed to move in before we even came to the US. Even if there were some difficulties in the middle, when we called customer service for help, everyone showed their patience and professionalism, which helped us overcome all the difficulties! ❤️❤️❤️

"Updater" was needed to continue with my leasing application, so I had no choice but to contact them for a Wifi subscription. Honestly, I was ready to speak to a very rude and annoyed representative, but I had nothing but the most absolute kindness and respect. The woman I talk to was very light-hearted to speak to. I am no expert with Wifi (i.e. like which is the best one to get for X, Y, and Z reasons), but the representative informed me that the Wifi router I wanted will NOT be good for my necessary reasons to obtain wifi. Short story, I need wifi for Netflix, random social media browsing, and importantly my college work. She offered me a better and alternative Wifi company that can assist me with fast data, and I was hooked. Now, I am not gullible, and I know when I am being scammed, but I know I was not through this company. I was also given the confirmation code for my purchase, and the phone number just in case I didn't receive the confirmation email from the company (I did). Thank you for the fast and organized process.

Moving is stressful ..I found this service helpful because everything was in one place. The lady I spoke with was extremely helpful and the nice thing when she didn't know the answer to one of my questions she put me on hold and asked a manager. Very nice service. Thank you.
