They treated my flat with the attention and care I would imagine they would give their own mothers! Their solutions are organic, dry quickly and have a pleasant smell. These guys run a sketchy business. I bought a $49 voucher on Living Social that was supposed to give me $99 toward a rug cleaning. They would only agree to give me the basic $49 that I paid off. (The living social thing is basically a scam. They come to your house after you buy it and tell you that you need way more than the basic cleaning. I ended up spending an extra $140. The rug was dirty, but the voucher discount should have been honored.) On top of that they said that my rug would be ready in 7-10 business days. After over 10 calls I finally got it back 58 DAYS LATER!! They still refused to give me the partial refund that I asked about originally. Go somewhere else!!
