Silver Star Properties Corp

I have rented 2 apartments from them in the last 5 years. Both units in Harlem. The apartments were totally renovated and delivered to my roommates and I in excellent shape. They are very easy going but want the units returned to them in good shape.

This company is absolutely the worst of the worst. If you lease with them you might as well call it a loss and say goodbye to your security deposit. Apparently, they are the "management" company for the apartment building even though they actually own the building. Some advice for those that have never dealt with the legal system like me, if you do file a claim against them in court, make sure you fill out who you're filing the claim against according to the OWNER of the building PRINTED ON YOUR LEASE and Silver Star Properties or else it wouldn't count. Chances are Silver Star Properties put themselves as the co-owner or the management company.
