She has over a decade of experience representing banks and institutional lenders in all aspects of mortgage lending, involving both commercial and residential properties. Her experience includes negotiating and drafting leases and subleases for office, retail, and industrial warehouse spaces on behalf of both landlords and tenants. She also has extensive experience representing landlords, tenants, investors, developers and individuals in various real estate transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential buildings, industrial/warehouse properties, and cooperative and condominium units, commercial leasing, entity formations, 1031 exchanges and bulk sales.
