        Overall

        Punia & Marx manage the property where the

        Whitestone Shopping Center is located in

        Whitestone, NY. Both front and back parking

        lots are absolutely filthy all the time. The waste

        baskets are overflowing most of the time. There is

        litter everywhere always. The fencing around the

        perimiter hs litter stuck in it. It is an embarrassment

        to the neighborhood.
