Opus is an informal Italian trattoria with wide-ranging contemporary appeal, warmth and some distinctive traits. Serving both gluten-free and regular dishes, Opus has dual appeal. It has two rooms decorated in simple, soft tones and patrolled by a responsive service staff. Chef Giuseppe and host Enzo are leaders in providing gluten-free cuisine and have specialized for several years in cooking for sufferers of celiac disease and other allergic ailments. With mouth watering options such as gluten-free pasta and gluten-free brick oven pizza, Opus is the gluten-free restaurant of choice for those maintaining a gluten free diet.
