        Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.Can I say horrible one more time?



        Disorganized- Rude- Unfriendly- Unproffesional. A travel Agency should have good repore with their travelors and the hotels they stayed with. Heard nothing but problems the WHOLE time I was at the hotel over Madison House.



        Do yourself a favor and book it yourself- you'll save time, energy, money and a headache.
