Lore Decorators

I would give them no stars if I could . I had used them in the past ,so two years ago; I had them make me some stuff. Two years later and I don't know how many phone calls later .I still have no bed spread that I paid for. I never pay for anything before I get but Frank senior said " please it was a weekend and I knew I could trust him" .BIG MISTAKE I have spoke to him to Frank junior his son and endless number of girls who answer the phone. So I would be very hesitant ,and they did a crumby job on one of my chairs replaced the down cushion with cheap foam . BE WARNED !!!!!! It has been two years, they seem nice but if someone takes your money ;and you never get what you paid for =thieves

Wish I could give it a negative 3 stars. Really bad experience -was told a chair would be returned to me in 2 weeks. When time ran long, I called and was told the delay was due to time it took to order fabric - BUT I HAD GIVEN THEM THE FABRIC WHEN THEY PICKED UP THE CHAIR. Was told they would look into it and call me back, but they never called back. When I called again, I asked for a credit/discount on the charges due to the delay. The rep said if I wanted that then she probably wouldn't deliver the chair to me. When FINALLY delivered, the worksmanship was mediocre at best, no receipt was presented to me, and I signed nothing for the balance of the charges. Nevertheless Lore put the charges on my credit card (used for the downpayment) without my authorization. Terrible customer service/high prices/average quality work/ and I was basically lied to.
