Life Adjustment Centers preschool mission is to provide instruction designed and tailored to the specific educational and developmental needs of young children who require additional assistance for developmental delays or those with disabilities. Life Adjustment Centers philosophy is not to fit the child into the curriculum, but to assess the child and build on their individual needs and unique strengths.Our classrooms feature different learning centers full of ways for all children to explore and investigate where they practice social interaction, while building problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. To ensure sure all children have the tools they need to grow and develop, our teachers also supplement these experiences with large and small group activities, one-on-one lessons, and confer with the students' therapists and caregivers for optimal results. The Life Adjustment Center Comprehensive service includes Special Education classrooms, Occupational/Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Music Therapy, Psychological Services, IEP/IFSP, Assistive Technology, onsite Pediatrician/Nurse. Medicaid-reimbursable services for those who qualify. Busing available.
