Le Marais is a full-service restaurant. Its menu features coconut shrimp, blackened redfish, broiled lamb chops, filet mignon, steaks, prime rib, fried stuffed chicken, crab-stuffed salmon, shrimp brochette and lobster tails. Its appetizers include onion rings, sea scallops, steamed mussels, seafood cocktail, crab cakes and fried green tomatoes. Additionally, the restaurant offers sandwiches, burgers, rolls, salads, pasta dishes, fish, chips, soups and soft drinks. Its wine menu features a variety of sparkling, white and red wines, including pinot noir, cabernet, zinfandel, merlot, shiraz and chardonnay.
