I had a so call “lawyer” before meeting Mr. David J Hernandez. My first lawyer was very disrespectful to me and he did not explain anything about my case. Whenever I call to speak with him, I receive a very rude behavior from his receptionist and him on the phone which led me to leave a message for him every time I called. I wouldn’t hear from him for a week or so after. The last thing he did that bothered me was telling me that I could only get fifteen thousand dollars from the insurance company if I was lucky enough. I decided to look for a new lawyer. I was so blessed to meet Mr. David J Hernandez and his associates who took my case for one year and my best resort ever. The first thing I noticed was that everyone in the office were so kind, respectful and professional. Another thing that I loved was that A respectful young lawyer that was assigned to my case told me to not settle for what they are offering me because I deserve more than that. Everything was very great but most importantly, my trial lawyer Mr. Robert fought this case to his very best. He is such a great lawyer and is well appreciated for his hard work as a lawyer. At the end of the day the insurance company ended up settling the case for sixty-five thousand dollars instead of fifteen thousand. all thanks to Mr. David J Hernandez and his associates for their help. I fully recommend Mr. David J Hernandez. His effort has really helped me through this case and I can’t thank him enough for it!
