        Apple Detail does an OK job on...

        Apple Detail does an OK job on car wash and very basic detailing, but the son and senior employee are very rude and unpleasant. I got an exterior detailing done which I was disappointed about so the owner offered to re-do it again. This is where the biggest issue came. After picking up the car, noticed a very bad scrape to the front bumper which was not there when I dropped off the car and confirmed by the son who worked on the car that it was not there in the am.



        Obviously they claim they don't know how it happened, owner claiming it was there before I brought it in, while the son verbally agreed it wasn't. At the end of the day, they were very rude, telling me to "get the f* out of the garage immediately" and claimed they weren't doing anything for me.



        Please do yourself all a favor and do not use these guys to park or get your car washed as they will completely turn on you and will not take responsibility for damages.
