Our practice is conducted from offices at 6 East 45th Street, NY 10017 New York 10th Floor and 106 Apple Street, Suite 101D, Tinton 07724 and is divided into many broad areas of specialization including health care, commercial and not-for-profit accounting, taxation and management advisory services. The Firm consists of four ( 4 ) partners and a medium sized professional staff with clerical personnel totaling approximately twenty ( 20 ). All Partners and the majority of the professional staff are Certified Public Accountants, members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and New York State and New Jersey Societies of Certified Public Accountants. Our Partners and staff members have held and currently hold important offices and committee positions in local and national professional, community and social organizations. The Firm has broad and diversified experience in consulting and auditing of for-profit and not-for-profit. Expertise has also been developed in the areas of taxation, management consulting, computer installations, merger and acquisitions and all filings and reporting as required by federal, state and local governmental authorities. Our Firm has implemented several quality control procedures to insure that the highest possible standards for our clients are met. KBMG, LLC believes in developing and maintaining long-term relationships, not simply having clients. Our systems of reliability and integrity, as well as our satisfied clientele, demonstrate this belief. We believe that a professional firm must offer the widest range of services, both traditional and innovative, provided by experts in their fields. For each of our clients a Client Services Team, comprised of representatives from each of our practice areas ( Audit, Management Advisory Services, Tax, etc. ), is designated. The specialized disciplines of these personnel help assure that all of our clients' problems can be addressed by personnel familiar with the unique circumstances of the client. The team operates continuously on a coordinated basis under the overall supervision of the Client Services Partner in maintaining the quality of our professional services to the client and in providing year-round consulting services. This gives us the ability to guarantee that our response time is kept at a minimum.
