My aunt passed away and we were not pleased w how we were treated.we were supposed to see my aunt fully dressed before the funeral we sat and waited all Saturday before the 14th of July waiting for him call us to tell us we could come view her,,my aunts obit NEVER HIT THE PAPER UNTILL THE DAY OF THE FUNERAL. .HE TOLD US "HE WAS BUSY WITH SOMETHING IN PK" WELL I FEEL AS IF MY AUNTS DEATH WAS JUS AS IMPORTANT AS WATEVER HE HAD TO DO IN PK.WE GOT LESS THAN 100 PROGRAMS PRINTED..my aunts setvises were psif for in full before he even touched her. So idu wat happens? In the past services had been 100&great but this time he fumbled n fumbled hard.

I feel as if your too busy to lay to rest the dead it time for more help in staffing & or training BC we Dnt get a 2nd chance to burry our aunt sister friend etc etc. Nothing was done in decentcie or in order. The Clark FAM
