I brought in my Maine Coon for some minor mats and trimming. The work performed was good, done well. The problem was this was the first time using this groomer. My cat had been groomed a few times before with no problems. When he was returned he was traumatized, would not allow being touched and hid for 3 days. I don't know how they treat their animals there. He has since been to another groomer and had no issue like this one.
