        Incredible!

        Incredible. I was having problems with a bad virus on. I could not get on the internet and my laptop wasn't showing my own hard drive! I searched Yelp, found this company. Well, I called after hours (9:30pm) but the owner answered! He actually drove out in the snow and cold to pick up my laptop! He was extremely nice, had a uniform, and was a total professional! Just not expected around here but comforting to see. Anyhow, the very next morning he delivered it back and everything was PERFECT. He printed coupons for me to use! I called 4 other computer repair businesses that night and not one of them called me back the next day. Kudos to Cerberus and Brian for going above and beyond. This company is the real deal!
