Kitty's Kritters

Very unhappy with the cuts my dog got there. Looked like they were training people to cut them. I would never take one back there. I called to complain and the owner refused to talk to me. Not a pleasant experience and expensive lesson to me and trauma to me dog. My friends that had told me about the place had never been there and were shocked whe they saw the cut my poor baby got there. Never have i seen anythig like this. I should have sued her.

I use to take my dogs to Kitty's. They were always having burns due to cutting to close. I had an unpleasant time at Kitty's and was treated rudely. My husband had a procedeure and couldn't drive for the day. I had taken the two dogs there before I took him to the dr. They went very early that morning. I received a call from my cardiologist that wanted to see me in the office right away. Since it was almost 3 pm I called to see if my pets were ready and was told to come and get them. I ran down to get them and Kitty had stopped cutting them when I called and sent my dogs out half cut. I didn't see all of the mess she had on them when I picked them up.I knew I was to be admittted to the hospital.They charged me for haircuts I didn't get and they were butchered up with burns and digs in their coats. I would never let them work on any pet I ever have. They wanted them there 7:30 and they were kept in a cage all day. Bad place to go.

All of the people working at Kitty's Kritters are so great to the pets. Also, they do a great job on grooming. We have two black poodles and they did a wonderful job on them. I would recommend them for dog grooming anytime.......
