I have lived here since early 2016 and this is a Good Community to live in. Fellow community members are good people and help each other out when needed. It's refreshing coming from the New Orleans area, after Katrina it never fully recovered and will never be the same. Its peaceful in the RV section and love the nature surrounding the area. Get to know your neighbors, some will help with no strings attached. Others will work to supplement income by mowing lawns and other tasks. Most people have a Video Surveillance System as well as the Office, Pool Area, and the Entire RV Section that is a Restricted Area for People over 50 and Off-Limits to Younger People. There is a No Trespassing Sign at the Entrance to the RV Section and it's Enforced by Management, Members and Law Enforcement. Great Place if you want Peace and Tranquility knowing it is a Safe Place to live and close to everything, yet the feeling of Country Living with Two Lakes and One divides the Trailer Park from the RV Section. Great Place to live and the Maintenance Crew does a Good Job at keeping the park Well Maintained.
