Brough my car in for oil change and rear brakes. While my car was there, they unplugged a ABS sensor, which turned on dash lights. I told them to turn them off and they said that means something is wrong and quoted me 477.00 for this sensor. I went right to another dealer and they plugged it back in and said it would not have been done accidentally. Since this happened to me I have now heard of other people with the same complaint about them.

I also have another story with them. They will tell you something is ok that is needing service so it ends up being an expensive job.

A dealer in same town had told me I needed front and rear brakes. I had front done, then took to Napa a while later to have rears done and they said they were just fine. I said what is that pulsing then when I brake, nothing to worry about was my answer. So I had another dealer in town look at them and they said they were extremely bad and changed the pads and guess what the pulsing went away.

Napa appear to me to be totally dishonest.

Also when they realized I figured out there scam that day and was trying to point out that what they were saying about the sensor made no sense and how it wasn't on when I drove in there they became RUDE and Defensive.

Seeing that they just supposedly checked the brakes where the sensor was located you'd think common sense and courtesy would have been enough for them to at least listen to me and see if it were unplugged. Of course if they were scamming me the reaction I got would be normal when caught in the act.
