J D Parker & Sons is the absolute best garbage removal we have ever had...They are Timely...the drivers and assistants are respectful and courteous...their office staff is very professional and courteous...We have recommended them to family members and friends and they are now thanking us because they are all so happy with them! If you do NOT have J D Parker and sons you are doing such a disservice to yourselves...Give them a try...you wont be sorry...

So glad JD Parker was recommended to me. I was with one of the competition for years til they were bought out and went down hill. Then changed to another that double charged my account and gave terrible service. NOW, I am here and hoping that it keeps going the way it is now, cuz I have NO complaints at all. EXCEPT THAT I DID NOT COME HERE SOONER.

Good service for the past few years BUT terrible communications. Always pay my bill on line when they send me an email. On 12-30-2019 my payment was declined no one can tell me why and I didn't know it, I know the card is good. Never heard a thing from them until today 02-04-2020. Sent me an email to pay my bill and added a $5 late fee. Paid all of it with same CCard today. Called twice no one can explain it and would not waive the late fee. So I guess if for some reason your card is not accepted they don't bother to contact you until after the late fee period, wonder why? Sad blemish on an otherwise good company.

I've been using J.D. Parker & Sons for over 11 years and have always had great service. Sometimes I'll put things out thinking that they probably won't pick them up, but they do. Their prices are very reasonable for the services they provide.
