Great service and friendly lady. We have never had any problems with this company and niether has anyone else I talked to. Maybe this Shannon had a problem because she didn't like being told they weren't taking new customers. Maybe the owner only takes so much guff. No one likes grouched at for stating the rules. If they weren't taking customers on why throw a fit; just move on. The rule that THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.... Well let me tell you, IT IS A BAD RULE AND IS NOT TRUE, you want politeness be polite. Great company. I recommend to everyone.

My husband called this business to inquire about having oil delivered and the woman was very rude. She asked if he had an account and when he said no she said no we can't deliver oil and hung up. She didn't explain how to open up an account or why we couldn't open one she just hung up. I assumed he must have misunderstood her because he was stunned on how rude she was so I called back and she did the same thing to me. I then asked to speak with someone else to complain about how rude she was and she informed me she was the owner. I explained to her that if that was her business she should try to be a little nicer to potential customers. She then went on a screaming fit and hung up on me. When I called her back she hung up on me again before I could even speak. I can't believe someone would act like that especially a business owner. All she had to say was I'm sorry we are not accepting new accounts at this time but there are other providers in the area. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! With as many businesses that have gone out of business recently you would think a business owner would have better customer service and be appreciative that a possible potential customer would be interested in using their service. Even if they are not accepting new accounts that doesn't mean that they may not be in the future. I would never use them and would recommend that if they are that unappreciative of new customers neither should you.
