General Info

Highly successful programs designed to teach children ages 4 –6 years in our Lil Dragons classes. We teach very important life skills to the highly energetic pre-schoolers who are curious about everything. Parents encourage them to be active but there are few programs available to pre-schoolers that are more than supervised play-time. We also have classes for our 7-12 students and Adult classes for ages 13 and up. All classes offered at XS o ffers students exercise, self-discipline, respect for self and others and motivation.

Programs offered by XS Martial Arts Dojo teach children the importance of respect and dignity – for themselves, their family, fellow classmates, teachers and their community. XS has partnered with parents and schools for more than 12 years to o er programs that help children and teens succeed in school and in the rest of their lives. We use the latest and best researched practices to deliver up-to-date social and emotional education through the vehicle of martial arts. We engage students in bully awareness and prevention discussions; martial arts instruction; planned reinforcement; field trips during summer camp; parent meetings and a er-school programs.
