Tower Beauty

I visited this store on Saturday, March 7, 2009. The young lady working in the back by the wigs was very unprofessional. She actually argued and screamed at me when I suggested I might go to the other store since the only wig she had left was the display. She actually screamed "I'm running things back here, and you can just leave". I thought this was very unprofessional and poor customer service skills. After all, I was spending my money and I have the right to go and say what I please. A young man came over and asked me what the problem was,( he heard her screaming and yelling and did nothing.) I will never go to this store again. Someone needs to teach this young lady some customer service skills and learn to leave her personal problems at home.
