This is the worst place in the word! Customer Service, Appearance product. EVERYTHING!

I brought 5 shirts front here for Monday through Friday I opened the shirts up day by day Tuesday I noticed a cut in the shirt I bring it back soon as I seen it.. Black ball head man tells me he ain't changing it because it look like I cut it with something first all the receipt say no refund I don't want the money I want another shirt he refuse to give me another shirt told me I could call the better business bureau if u want. Baby I don't have to do all that it a come back on you...

I purchased a pair of uniform pants for my daughter that took me over 30 mins of waiting in line to get pants because there were so many people in line and 1 lady working in the plaid uniform area. I got my pants waited in another long line to check out. When I got home I told my daughter to try on pants she showed me where the hook was missing and she couldn't fasten the pants together. I bring pants back next day and I had to pay 5.45 extra to exchange a pair of DAMAGED pants. Are you kidding me I asked? The black peanut head manager refused too unless I paid extra. The tag on pants say 39.99 and I paid 34.99, I told him you rung me up yesterday I didn't change price you sold me DAMAGED pants. He was RUDE ,very IGNORANT, and doesn't know anything pertaining to customer service. He didn't care this was my second time coming there waiting in long line inconvenience me. They don't do refunds either. I will travel far as possible and pay whatever price for same uniforms with better customer service.
