The owner has an attitude problem and gives life threatening instructions during road tests. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever associated with in my life. The name "proficient" is a joke. You pay a lot of money to have rude employees give you poor service and treat you like a burden. The "teaching" is just the lady reading a packet with you that you already have handed out to you, that's available for free online. The secretary takes her shoes off and plays on her phone all day. Also I cheated cheated out of 2 hours of driving time when I paid for 8 due to lazy instructor. Again, do not go here. Go to angelwood auto safety on lapalco. The guy who runs it sorted out all the problems this place caused me. Angelwoods process are cheaper and their service is 1000x better. Best of all they treat you like a human being instead of a customer.
