        Overall

        The absolve;he worse service imaginable. en on hold for 20 min.
        Told us they had shipped the cremated remains when in fact they had not. Told us they were tracking when we could not find them tracking. Then they told us they didn't ship them because we had not paid them. We would have paid them by credit card instantly had they asked and they never did we never received an invoice. Stay far away from this company.
