        Knowledgeable and Result

        My results after a short period of training were impressive. Within 2 weeks, friends could see the difference in my body. Not only were the sessions challenging but I was motivated to push further than what I thought capable. The trainer was very compassionate and worked hard at helping me reach my goals.
