My grandmother has been waiting for over a year to get a house from these people. To be exact it has been 1 year, 1 month and 4 days. The service is the most horrible thing I have ever seen. She got the house delivered about 10 months after it was ordered. However she can not have access until everything is complete inside the house. I can not reach them to find out the specifics on how this is going to be handled and when she can move into her house. I have been calling the corporate office or at least what they call corporate and also the cell phone of Miss West she is the most unprofessional person.
