        They suck............

        I ordered from this store in the drive-thru line and they refused to give me my hash brown, let alone, my receipt! I went into the store to ask for the hash brown and she told me that they didnt ring me up for one. I asked her doesn't the meal come with a hash brown she told me yes but I didnt get the meal. So then I asked, " If I didn't get the meal then how did I get a drink?" All she could tell me was that the recipt didnt show that I paid for a hash brown? since when did the meal come with a drink and no hash? And since she was the same girl at the window then why would she give me a drink but then tell me that I didnt pay for it? If she was so right then why didn't she print the receipt and give me it to me when I asked for it seeing that they hadn't given me one in the first place? This type of treatment doesnt keep a buisness flowing! I called the 1800 number on the bag and all "Jamie" could tell me was that she was going to notify the owner of the problem. It trippied me out because she didnt say anything about what I paid for and didnt get? To most people this may be petty, but this store has been doing things that so many people close their eyes to, BUT, you better believe this was my first and last time going over to that store. I never have this kind of problem at any of "Adam Thomas" stores and he ownes 4!
