DO NOT USE THIS MOVER AT ALL - THIS GUY WILL DISAPPEAR WITH YOUR ITEMS!!!! My friend Sue has a major issue with this moving company and the owner named Mark. She hired him off the site called U-Ship and he picked up her household items on April 16th in Houston for delivery to Anchorage. It is now July and she doesn't have her furniture. He has made delivery promises he didn't keep like he did with the other customers on this site, claimed his father died, and so on. More lies!! Now he won't communicate with her at all. She is also filing a lawsuit against him. This guy is in the habit of ripping people off and must be stopped. He better be real careful... he's going to cross the wrong person and he'll regret it. Simply put... he's a CROOK and a THIEF with a moving truck masquerading as a legitimate mover. If he couldn't handle the job or make the delivery, he should not have agreed to take it. It's as simple as that, she could have selected an honest cross country mover instead. He pretends to be a legitimate mover but he obviously can't compete with real men who are legitimate movers. Tell me, what kind of sorry man takes advantage of women? He is totally dishonest. My friend is from India and her heart is broken that she is in Alaska far away from family and friends without anything now. All of her household items are gone, he picked them up so he has them, and now he won't deliver them or even respond back to her. She trusted that he was an honest business man and mover. It breaks my heart to hear her cry. He doesn't deserve the one star I gave him... he's a slug!!



Deliver my friend's furniture you RAT!!

I am SO DISAPPOINTED! After his service I am left with damaged furniture and no mattress!!!



The shipment was picked up Feb 24, delivered March 26 damaged and without a mattress. March 27 he wrote: "I will ship you the mattress as promised. Accidents happen, luckily you hired someone legit who has insurance for your protection." Apr 11 I was asked for a repair quote for him to proceed which I have provided spending $75. Apr 18 said he needs to speak with agent to find the best way to handle it would be. Then a month went by with me sending a few emails hearing NOTHING in return.

Mark and his guy was great. Found a great deal on Craigslist and called him up. He was professional, on time, and best of all, REASONABLY priced.



I am a college student on a budget with no truck to get furniture home with. He was great!
