New Orleans is a WONDERFUL City but unfortunately many of the services needed for it to operate and compete with the cities vision for tourism and entrepreneurship are woefully inadequate.

Even more many of the services are geared towards tourist and negate the value of local customer service and the local dollar contribution to the city.

New Orleans cab and taxi companies are hurting the economy of the entire city and its inhabitants and more importantly – themselves and their driver’s bottom line.

I called the day before fir device and when they did nit show up on time I called the office to verify. Was told that system was down but will send one and be there in 5 min. 8 min later the driver called to let ne know he is on his way and after asking him where he was found out he was 10 min away and after I told him that he hung up on me. After an hour they sent a driver to pick me up. YOU GOT TO BE JOKING! I told the driver since my stop was to the airport.
