        They are now Audubon Pointe of...

        They are now Audubon Pointe of Algiers...They are really doing a great job with this property. I have lived here for three months and the staff is great and the property manager is terrific. My kids and I are enjoying our new neighbors and can't wait to play at the new Splash Pad.

        I love my new townhouse! Move ...

        I love my new townhouse! Move in was easy and approval fast! I plan to stay for some years. The office staff and the maintenance men is very friendly and professional! I highly recommend this place!

        VERY POOR LIVING CONDITIONS,

        I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR OVER THREE YEARS. APARTMENT HAS MOLD AND MILDEW. THE CEILINGS LEAK. THE PLUMBING IS SUBSTANDARD AND IN CONSTANT NEED OF REPAIR. THERE ARE NATS AND HUGHE COCKROACHES. WE HAVE COMPLAINED CONTINUOSLY BUT TO NO AVAIL. THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY SLOW TO REACT AND UNRESPONSIVE. CRIME IS OUT OF CONTROL. THERE ARE DAILY SHOOTINGS, FIGHTS, AND EXCESSIVE LOITERING DURING DAYTIME HOURS. THERE IS ILLICIT DRUG ACTIVITY, BOTH SALES AND USE, IN FULL VIEW OF THE PUBLIC, WITH NO REGARD FOR CHILDREN. AND, THERE IS LITTER AND NO ASSIGNED PARKING. I WOULD HAVE RECOMMENDED NO STARS; BUT, THAT IS NO AN OPTION.
