If you moved in for the first 1st time. Super(who is also a manager) is good with you for few days or months. Then He shows his nasty attitude. He gets very rude. Never answer your questions properly. No ones in the apartment like him & the owner of this complex is aware of this.



Lets comes to the Maintenance. Flooring is done poorly with visible tiny gap throughout. During a summer, you get lots ants in your apartment, not from the outside but from the garage, due to gaps in the flooring.



complex has a nice maintenance person, who is responsive & not rude at all but It's not helpful because he doesn't have a power or any authority besides work assigns to him by super.



I don't recommend this place at all
