        Upscale Greek and Mediterranean Cuisine - Rustic & Reimagined. My name is Dino, and I'm the owner of Greca. Greca is the culmination of five years of planning. Our menu showcases classic Greek dishes as we enjoy them in our homes - not the mass produced versions found in diners and pizzerias. Fresh, quality ingredients go into every dish. Likewise with our cocktails, such as "The Socratic Method" (Evan Williams Bourbon, Roots Rakomelo, Angostura Bitters and fresh sage), "Baklava Old Fashioned (Redemption Bourbon, housemade cinnamon spice syrup, black walnut bitters and a preserved walnut) and our "Greca Negroni" (Empress Gin, Roots Diktamo and Otto's Athens Vermouth). Great meze (small plates/tapas) selections are a highlight of the menu, along with grilled whole fish and the Mediterranean Grill (lollipop lamb chops, pork skewers, traditional Greek sausage and gyro carvings).
