My appointment was for an oil change and transmission fluid change on Thursday at 9:00. It was understood that I will be waiting there as they work on my car. I got there at exactly 9:00. It appeared that the place was closed. The garage doors were down and to my surprise, the door was locked. The hours were posted and it said that they were open at 8:00. I then, knocked on the door.....nothing. Their phone number was posted on their sign so I checked my out going phone calls to see if somehow I called the wrong place....nope the numbers matched. At 9:02 I called them and ended up leaving a very detailed message as to who I was, my number, my appointment time, and what was to be done to my car. At the end of the message, I said that it seems that they are closed and I'm very confused. At 9:04 I hear someone unlock the door. Ok, no big deal...I walk into the business to find no one. I then peek around the back into the garage and saw someone on the phone. After a couple more minutes, he appeared to be off the phone so I said, "Hello?" He appeared to acknowledge me....but then ignore that I was there. A few more minutes go by and he starts up a car and continues to back up. At this time it was 9:09, and I admit I got pretty mad, so I left. My appointment was at 9:00 and I was ignored for nine minutes. After I got home, I calmed down and was assuming that after they got my phone message, they would call me....nope. No call back. Talk about dismal customer service.
