A-K Tent Rental

If i could give a negative number of stars i would!This is the WORST experience i have ever had with a company. A-K Rentals were rude and unprofessional to say the least. They were late to an event which was a wedding, and after MULTIPLE ( 5 + times) phone calls to their so called emergency only numbers, all the manager or owner (tony) could say in regards to their driver being late was " we were told it was a family event" well regardless of a family event or wedding, this goes to show how careless these people are. Don't rent from this company save your self a lot of anger and irritation. Also when the driver did finally show up, the so called sound system was junk and barely worked! DESPICABLE ! All they did was make excuses and try to blame us " the customer" and in this case the customers were right.

You are the most horrible rental company ever! You practically ruined my daughter’s wedding!!! I will make sure that everyone knows how unprofessional you are and your lack of customer service skills.

If you have a daughter I would really wish you would experience with her what you and your company put my family and daughter through, but I would never wish that on anyone not even your daughter.



I think the peak of your professionalism was when we called after waiting for you to come get the sound system and you said “I don’t know anything about that only thing I know was I was told to go f***myself” and hung up!



Not only did you not provide the service you promised, we ended up taking the sound system with us due to your lack of follow through. Your company is unbelievable!
