They are very knowledgable about generac generators and can perform the necessary repairs either at customer site or in their repair shop. They have some parts in stock and can also order parts and ship directly to the customer. I have used them in the past years and consider them very reliable in their service of Generac generators. They were recommended to me by an LPG service company in the local area and they did not disappoint. I have learned from past experience it's wise to purchase a generator from a dealer that can sell, install and perform their own repairs as needed instead of buying it from a large store chain that uses a third party to service the product.
