I applied for a direct hire through this company which was a mistake. The representative was 30 minutes late for my interview and was very rude. I was asked to consent to a drug screen, background check and credit check before I even knew any details about the position. When I asked for details, she told me "it's what is on your résumé." This office may be successful with day or hourly labor but is not equipped to screen for professional, direct hire positions. The irony is that I had already completed their paperwork electronically to apply for the position. The representative was not even savvy enough to pick up on that. I regret providing this agency any professional or personal information as I will never use their services as an employer or employee.

NO STARS for this location or the one in Lafayette LA. I am shocked and amazed that this company is STILL in existence. The name change from Will Staff was just a move up the alphabet. The service and help in locating jobs or evening returning simple email or phone call inquires is still just too much for this company to do. And they say they are looking for professionals! HA maybe they should place “real professionals” in their own positions. Perhaps they would have greater success at matching the right employee and employer. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
