        PLEASE AVOID!!

        Lost my order twice!! Two days before both my daughter have their end of season party and trophy presentation and we have no trophies!! I called to get some help with the situation and the customer service reps are extremely rude and unapologetic even though mistakes were made on their end. Demanding that I pay an additional $50 and sign an agreement that I won't ask to be reimbursed for additional charges. So frustrating!!! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!! PLEASE AVOID!!!! The price might be low, but so are your chances of ever seeing the trophies you ordered!!!
