Worst place to buy a home. Not only do you get wrote up for every little thing. But they find reason to send you a notice. The landlord erin is the nastiest person ever very rude, and unprofessional for being a landlord i wouldnt reccomend this park to anyone. On another note they always have the cops in here due to drug crime

We've lived here for a year now, and i have no complaints. Any issues I've had were promptly taken care by the staff. I hosted my son's birthday party at the club house and we had a great time! Rental of the clubhouse was a smooth process and a good experience for us. I would definitely recommend this place to my family or friends. If you follow the simple rules, you will have a good experience here. I've heard a lot of people complain about the manager Erin, but I've dealt with her on numerous occasions and she has always worked with me and been understanding and helpful.

We were having problems with a noisy basshead neighbor. We tried to resolve it by talking to them, but they didn't take us seriously so we talked to the office. The office staff took our complaints very seriously and were attentive to our need for a quiet residence. The rude neighbor is now gone and we can sleep peacefully again. Listen folks, if you're gonna live in a park where the houses are close together you need to be respectful of your neighbors (it's a sad comment on humanity that I even need to write that). Just because you think it's all about da bass, doesn't mean the people around you do. I've lived here for over ten years, and other than the recent neighbor issue I've had an overall good experience here. If you're looking for a trailer park that's a little more upscale than most, you could do a lot worse. If you're a basshead, though, please find yourself a park more suited for your hoodlum lifestyle.

Dont move here, you'll regret it

I don't know where to start.... the crime rate is out of control. Policeare hhere a few times everyday because people are fighting, stealing or blowing something up. I saw a man throwing knives at people during a child's birthday party last month, My car was smashed because some drunk guy threw another drunk guy into it... several times (did I Mention everybody is drunk all the time ) my 4 wheeler was stolen out of the back of my truck, my neighbors car was put on blocks and all 4 of her tires were taken off her car and I have a pedophile living nextdoor! I could seriously go on all day about the crime here but I won't but the worst crime of all is how nasty Erin Head, the landlord. The nicest lady you'll ever meet until you move in then good luck. She is the nastiest person I've ever met. So rude! And she will write you up for everything and when I bought my trailer a week later leaks and mold started appearing, I called Erin and she told me that it wasn't her problem and that she wasn't going to do anything about it! I paid 7000 for a painted turd full of mold in every room!! And lastly when I was in labor with my first child they called me because my rent was 2 days late and told my boyfriend that if he didn't bring them rent that day that we would get a $50 fine plus they where taking us to court to evict us so add on another like 75 dollars. Congratulations to us right? My rent hasn't been late in over a year! So yeah unless you want to be yelled at and disrespected by Erin and the Secretary Dian and get all sorts of random fines and all the wonderful crime... where inthe 3 years I've l lived here Ihave never seen anybody get arrested Because the police don't care! I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I don't even like

Kent lake being so close is great. It's also really convenient to be near 96. While Kensington is out of the way, it's also still not too far from anything. Just hop on the highway and you're right there!

Having three kids, the school district was very welcoming when we moved here. My daughter in high school was immediately making friends in the marching band, and my sons in elementary got the help they needed to catch up with the rest of the class. They never came home and said they hated it and wanted to move back to Indiana. I like the location of Kensington Place because it's close to the Town Center and Twelve Oaks. Makes shopping for groceries and really anything that much easier. The people in the office were very helpful, even though we moved in what would have been the middle of a lease.

Looking at the park in comparison to others, it's is nicely laid out. The roads are smooth and well tended, and the homes themselves look like the turnover rate is not very high. People care for their homes here and that is very reassuring. It gives a sense of community and friendship. The surrounding area is lovely, with lots of lakes and metro park areas for the lovers of the outdoors. The clubhouse has a full kitchen and a lot of counter space that can be rented out for large gatherings.

The clubhouse is cozy with big stuffed chairs and couches and a really awesome kitchen area for big get togethers. Management is nice and easygoing. The neighborhood is a lot of families and the school district is a good one. Nice place to live.

My sister moved in here when she got a new job and she loves the place. It's close enough to rest of civilization to not feel like the boonies, but far enough to not have so much traffic and hubbub. The clubhouse has a large kitchen where you can host a huge holiday dinner and still have room to socialize. The landscaping is lovely and always maintained. I'm tempted to move in with her!
