Fox Chase Bank

Old School Customer service in an age of electronic banking is so refreshing. Staff remembers your name and is very helpful. If you don't need all the fluff of extensive services provided by some of the large banks (at a price!) then do your banking at FCB.

I must say walking into this branch is not a pleasant experience. The bank itself is fine and the ladies seem very nice and accommodating at first. However I experienced condescending, judgmental, nasty looks and attitudes from the staff. I have lived in the area for a while now and have never experienced anything like this in any other local business. I will either be leaving Fox Chase or doing my banking inside another branch, nowhere near this rude Lahaska location.
