Ellis is a great salesman in the metro pcs on 80 church st when I went in the store he greeted me the min I got through the door with a huge smile he was very helpful and bright answered all of my questions. Always extra hidden charges not worth going. Overcharged phones. I was told they don't sell phones without the covers it there's always a charge what kind of crap is that

This Store has done a complete 360 in terms of the interior of the store new look with new reps that excel in customer service, they are a bunch of fun but also very knowledgeable! I had a problem from the other surrounding stores in the area and this one seems to be the best iv delt with. i have been a metro customer for about 3 years and im not going anywhere !

This is a very very terrible store. Here is my experience.



I went to the store to upgrade my cell phone four days ago. They sold me a phone which is supposed to be Free after rebate for $51 and took my old smart phone.



Moreover, they told me that everything should stay same. But I found that my bill went up $10 dollars after I changed the phone.



I went to the store and asked them why. They told me that promotion (free after rebate is for new activation) only and the bill goes up because MetroPCS upgrades their service. Come on, why they did not tell me all this information on the spot when I was upgrading my phone.



Even worse, the manager said that he received the email that the phone promotion starts after I bought the phone. Actually, it is not because my friend told me it has been on MetroPCS website for at least one month. I asked the manager whether he could show me the email. But he said why should he show me the email. what a lier?



Finally, I said if so, I would like to return the phone since they hide so many tricks and cancel my plan. Not to say, I only changed the phone for 4 days. They said I can't return my phone accroding to their store policy, which is written on a small plate in tiny words. Of course, they did not tell me when I was buying it.



Anyway, it is one of the worst experience for me. I felt totally being cheated because they would not tell you all the information ahead of time until you find out. Never trust those guys, especially the manager. I would like to give a minus star rating for the store if I can.

Rave PCS and Metro PCS is Horrible! First off- Metro PCS' service is the worst. I had more dropped calls during my first 2 calls with Metro then I did in an entire year with my old cell phone provider!



I signed up for Metro PCS at this dealer, Rave PCS Inc 80 Church Street New Haven CT, on 11-14-11. My new phone was completely on 24hrs later and my old service was off. Well, a few hrs later my new Metro account was suspended. I called Metro PCS (Rave PCS does not answer their phone)and according to Metro PCS my account was over due and I needed to make a payment. I explained that I am a new customer and I just paid $50 the day before for a new account, so how can my account be overdue?! Metro customer support did not believe me, and since Rave PCS gave me the Metro PCS contract but not the receipt there was nothing they can due. I have been calling Rave PCS for hrs now, but still no answer. I am now out of town with no cell phone service. I should of stayed with Simple Mobile!
