Edge Of The Woods

For the past three years I've come to Edge about three times a week. I have waited in line for over thirty minutes at times and (foolishly) said it was okay because the food was worth it. NEVER AGAIN! Not only did I wait way too long for my food but while I waited for my food I watched an employee on break EAT AT THE JUICE BAR(now I have sanitary concerns) while another employee (who was supposed to be making my food) chit chat while I was patiently waiting. I finally had enough and got a manager who got her manager who then took me back to the register to listen to the employee who NEGLECTED me (a long time customer) RAISE HER VOICE AND ARGUE about how there were customers ahead of me. I can not believe that it is part of the return policy to subject a CUSTOMER TO THAT LEVEL OF EMBARASSMENT. After waiting 50 minutes to just get my money back and then having to listen to some brat behind the counter complain like it's the hardes

Edge of the Woods has excellent breads, fresh food, health & beauty aids, and community bulletin boards.
