Ramada

Nice breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Rooms clean and nicely furnished .

I was traveling west on the NY thruway on a Saturday, and foolishly had not made a reservation anywhere. I'm typically a Red Roof Inn type, and would not have thought to stay at Ramada, but it was the only place not sold out. The night manager, Sundeep, couldn't have been nicer. The place was crammed full of adolescent baseball teams, a wedding, and weary travelers such as myself looking for a room, but he was extremely patient and nice. I learned that he's the owner. I'm picky about breakfast buffets, but this was excellent- full breakfast, and GOOd EGGS! The room I was given was absolutely fine. I'd definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel, clean, very comfy bed , spacious rooms and very quiet. Free snacks , drinks on Weeks days. Hot breakfast . Very reasonable prices. when travelling and in need for a good nights sleep this is the place

The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The motel was

favorably located for what I needed to do. It served a wonderful breakfast. What I liked was that there was an issue about my points and the manager took care of it. The least favorable item needing improvement was access to the motel from a major highway.Having the restaurant open would have helped.

I was looking for the cheapest hotel in the area to save on travel expenses for my business. In the past, I have stayed at some outdated, dirty and questionable places. I was expecting the same at this Ramada, being the cheapest hotel in town and located out of the way from the highway exits. That was hardly the case. The room was beautifully updated and clean. The location of the hotel is the only reason this hotel is cheap. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area and made good recommendations for convenient places to eat. I will definitely stay again on my next trip into the area.

Very nice and accommodating staff...Room was as expected for the location and price...Our wedding party had a bus scheduled to pick us all up (we had a block of rooms) front desk clerk called each individual room to inform us that it had arrived, which we thought was nice...

Room was very nice and h;te hotel was very close to everything but was located in a place where you could walk and enjoy the fresh air.

From beginning to end the service was outstanding. Phone service, helpful front desk, excellent value. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff was very warm & friendly. They were very knowledgable about sights to see & things to do in the area. The food in the restaurant was great & had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very nice & the beds were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping & other restaurants. Thank you for the cozy stay.

Check In a breeze - Desk staff friendly, courteous, professional, helpful, and VERY concerned about their guests needs! VERY FRIENDLY. Tina Hook, the desk manager ABSOLUTELY GREAT! In all my years and travels, I have to say the staff at this hotel were among the best I've ever experienced! (I've stayed in hotels around the world and have never been treated so graciously as I was here!) The hotel was fully booked the entire weekend for the Special Olympics State Games and a couple other activities around the area. It's only 5 minutes from the Utica College Campus which made it very convenient.

The rooms were very clean, beds extremely comfortable, and quiet at night. We ate at the hotel and the food was good, the service great, the prices reasonable. You could even order take out and have it delivered to the bar or patio. Nice touch - most places won't let their guests do that. (Pizza to your room yes, but restaurant's no. - they even recommended restaurants to us.) The complimentary breakfast was very adequate and good. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, cereal, baked goods, yogurt, milk, juices, coffee, tea, etc. Service was prompt before it was needed. We didn't get the chance to use the pool, but saw others enjoying it and it too was very clean. Always saw the landscape crew working efficiently each day.

The housekeeping and maintenance staff were quiet, efficient, and also extremely friendly! I really felt that the recent new management is doing everything right to have such happy, pleasant staff and has put every effort in the improvement of this hotel based upon the previous reviews I have read in this website! We will definately be back anytime we are in the area!
