This restaurant is great....the owner is very nice and serious about his business so I think the bad reviewer was probably asking for too much. It doesn't sound right anyway ....gift certificates ? If they were truly gift certificates these are paid for in advance...so you could use as many as you want. What do 'new' customers have to do with it ? Anyway, the food is incredible and the pizza is cooked in a brick oven. The place is great. We go there all the time. If you have a gluten allergy sometimes they have (delicious!) gluten free pizza and usually always gluten free pasta!

I personally love this restaurant!! The food is amazing and they have a little of everything for everyone!
I do not agree with other comments from people complaining about the owner. From my experience he is a nice tradiional Italian man! For the people who try to use coupons to recieve their entire bill for free or at a discount are asking a little much of a restaurant especially in this economy. We have used coupons there as well and they are more than willing to make you happy and accomidate you as much as possible. There is no need to complain to the owner and think that they should recieve a "free appetizer" in return.
All in all this is a great restaurant for dinner and dessert!!!

The owner of Biscotti's is a true A-HOLE. We had a total of 5 new customers, and 4 promotional gift certificates for $25.00 each. We wanted to use them and they stated they can't take more than 2. Okay, however my husband felt they could have compromised and told the owner we wouldn't be back. Had the owner decided to apologize and possibly state that he would give us an appetizer for free if we would please return, I'm sure we would have went back and he would have made a lot more money from us and our friends. Instead the man went crazy and started swearing at us and saying to get the f___ out of there. He proceeded to follow us out of the restaurant screaming at us. Of course we weren't too happy and returned the favor. I feel he handled this situation with true stupidity and with a childlike attitude of a high school kid. Had he acted like a normal person, he would have gotten more customers by not saying ?Get out you cheap family and go to McDonald's.? By doing this, he assured that we wouldn?t come back and we would be sure and tell everyone about this. Too bad, the guy acted like a low class mobster. This town is way too good for people like this owner. One thing a person like this needs to learn is that you get customers by being a good and decent man. Not by acting like a jerk. My husband and I go out weekly and at times go with 4-6 people. We try to find repeat restaurants. Sadly, this won?t be one of them.
