New Castle Inn

I gave it one star because I had too. The first night my husband was eaten by bed bugs. The room was disgusting and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, maybe even years. There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom that didn't go away even after buying our own cleaning supplies and cleaning it . the mattress didn't even have sheets on it and had huge orange stains . they changed our room the next day and we were still infested with bed bugs . I was scared to go to sleep. The room was in the same shape as the first one . I have no idea how this place is even allowed to be open. We are checking out and my husband is on his way to the office to ask for a refund since we paid for a week and are unable to stay. I'm not too hopeful we are getting our money back since a huge sign in the office says no refunds. Tuesday morning I'm on my way to the news and health department with the pictures we took. DONT STAY HERE!

For the last 10 years that has been the nastiest most unexceptable place to be having people stay let alone be legal to charge people to stay there should be just that....ILLEGAL!! It stays infested with bedbugs, cockroaches, & its hard telling what else since they never clean anything in the entire place.
